Following the MAGICIAN Open Call for Application Use Cases launched on 2 May 2026, DELTA MPIS was selected to join the project as an Application Use Case partner. On 1 August 2026, the MAGICIAN project officially kicked off, bringing together the project partners and marking the beginning of this new collaborative journey. 🤝

As part of the MAGICIAN consortium, DELTA MPIS brings its expertise in composite materials and engineering applications through HULLMAP, an Application Use Case focused on robotic defect mapping and surface preparation for composite hull repairs.

With HULLMAP, DELTA MPIS will contribute to the development of safer, more efficient and flexible approaches to composite manufacturing and maintenance, exploring how robotic technologies can support real-world challenges in the maritime and shipbuilding sectors. ⚓
